How can entrepreneurs apply to use the centre? Following an initial interview, entrepreneurs complete an Expression of Interest form which is evaluated by an Evaluation Committee. Entrepreneurs are requested to demonstrate their business model, and milestones they would hope to achieve during their time at the Rubicon Centre.
