Paul joined the Rubicon Centre in 2005, and is responsible for the operation of the Centre. Paul works on a one to one basis with Entrepreneurs guiding them through the start-up process. He also holds responsibility for Programme Management of the Enterprise Start Programme since its start-up in 2005. Paul has worked for over 15 years in developing Technology start-ups from concept to market place. He has also held roles in Supply Chain Management in the Electronics and Pharmaceutical Multinational Sector before moving into the Enterprise Development and Support sector.


Imelda joined in 2009, and is responsible for the Marketing & PR activities of the Rubicon Centre. She manages the promotion of all Rubicon Programmes and networking events and works with the clients to maximise their individual marketing & advertising activities.
Maeve joined in 2006 and is responsible for Financial Administration and Client Support on a day to day basis.
Cara joined in 2010 and is responsible for Client Support & Centre Administration.
Padraig joined the Rubicon Centre as interim Programme Manager for Genesis in 2011 and is responsible for the implementation of the 12 month rapid incubation programme.
